13. Prevalence of law in force:
Nothing contained in this Act shall be deemed to prevent the taking of action under the prevailing Nepal law where any loss or damage is caused to any person from the commission of any act prohibited by this Act and from the commission of an act by any person to whom any Section of this Act is not applicable.
